Get crafting with Dremel at global craft show

A brand synonymous with crafting and recognised by makers across the globe, Dremel is taking centre stage at the UK’s largest national craft show, Makers Central, held at the NEC, Birmingham on 5th and 6th May 2018. Located at stands B24 and C25, Dremel’s team of expert crafters will be on hand during the weekend to  showcase some of the latest and most innovative products from its multi-tool and 3D printing range, but also encourage visitors to have a go and get making themselves!

From engraving glass and carving wood, to etching leather and polishing metal, visitors at the exhibition will be encouraged to step up, pick up (a multi-tool) and crack on with crafting their own bespoke designs on the stand. Members of the experienced maker team at Dremel will be on hand to talk about how to get the most out of your tool and discuss potential ideas for projects too.

Dremel’s Brand Manager, Andrew Cluney, comments: “As a brand, we’re all about championing creativity and there are so many exciting ways that our products, particularly our multi-tools, can be used for hobbyists and businesses alike. We’re really looking forward to getting to engage with visitors at the show and working with them to showcase what they can do and helping unleash their inner creatives regardless of whether they’re a crafting pro or a complete beginner.”

Makers Central will feature a collection of more than 500 skilled craftsmen and women, including viral YouTube makers from across the globe, who will be delivering a variety of talks and workshops for visitors to take part in.
