International lifestyle brand, Sarah Hurley Ltd…

today confirms changes at the company.

Following a decade of accelerated expansion, family bereavements in 2019 and 2020, and the ongoing pandemic, the decision has been taken to restructure the company. Despite multiple buyout and investment offers over the last few years, Sarah – President and CEO – has always wanted to maintain an independent, 100% owned, private company. Now, with further personal investment this journey continues as a family owned company and can drive her vision forward into an exciting new direction, focusing on continued growth both in the UK and Internationally.

Sarah comments “Restructuring the company has not been a swift decision, but the current climate brought things forward. This broader strategic plan, given the current world situation, puts us in a position to continue to trade strongly with a focused family team, from our offices in the UK and USA. I’m very proud of what has been achieved over the last 10 years, especially during some challenging times. This new focus allows us to continue to serve our customers and clients, develop our licensing, publishing and media programs and reach our company targets both in the UK and abroad while keeping family (and those like family!) at the heart of everything we do.”

Brand Development Manager (AKA Coordinator of Chaos), Danielle, adds “Having worked for Sarah for a long time, I am excited by the plans we have for 2020 and beyond – as a family we are more focused and passionate to bring our customers more great products and services.”

Director of International Business Development (AKA Captain International) Jeremy adds “As a stand alone ‘cousin’ in the US, some people might find this challenging however, I feel completely included in all discussions regarding current business and future plans as well. I find it comforting I can call at anytime and be in instant contact with every member of the Sarah Hurley family. I have been a member of many teams in my life but this truly is a family. We all care about each other and are willing to be there for one another in every facet of our lives.”
